Pet Dermatology Appointments
Animal Dermatology Center of Chicago sees patients by appointment only. To make an appointment, call 773-281-7522 during regular business hours.
We will have you authorize the release of your pet’s records so that we may request them from your regular veterinarian. Having these medical records allows us to find out what treatments have been used so there is no unnecessary duplication of services.
Cancellation Policy
Please call at least 24 hours prior to your pet’s appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. There is a missed appointment fee if we do not hear from you at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. We must enforce this as we often have a waiting list, and it is very difficult to fill appointments at the last minute. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Payment Information
Animal Dermatology Center of Chicago expects payment at the time we see your pet. In addition to cash and personal checks, we gladly accept the following credit cards:

Pet Insurance
Animal Dermatology Center of Chicago is happy to assist in the completion of any paperwork or forms necessary for you to submit to your insurance company.
